Returns Policy

Goods should be inspected on arrival from Australia post if there are damaged or defective goods you are advised not to sign for the goods. If the goods are found to be defective after signing, contact us immediately at andrew-82@live.com.au or 0242761658

Photos of goods may be required.

Please choose goods carefully - we do not refund goods that are not faulty or if you change your mind.




Shipping of goods are posted on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays. Public holidays exempt. Goods will be posted through Australia Post and may take upto 7 days for delivery. Although in most cases 3 to 5 days.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your “Order Confirmation”. It is  the customers’ responsibility to ensure they can accept all deliveries  and provide a signature as proof of delivery if required. Redelivery  will incur additional charges.
